Job description

Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions team is hiring a Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineer to lead technical strategy and execution for moving enterprise endpoints to the cloud.

As a trusted pre-sales adviser, you will design secure endpoint solutions, lead demonstrations and proofs of concept, and help customers adopt Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop. The Canberra role requires three days per week in-office and less than 25% travel.

Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise across Microsoft cloud-endpoint products
Lead customer discovery
demonstrations and whiteboarding sessions
Design secure and scalable endpoint solutions
Deliver proofs of concept and win technical decisions
Address customer objections and unblock technical issues
Guide customers through technology-purchase decisions
Build trusted long-term stakeholder relationships
Collaborate with partners in sell-with engagements

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science
Information Technology or a related field plus 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting
or Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years
or 5+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience
or equivalent experience
Ability to guide client technical decisions and prepare customers for deployment
