Job description
KPMG is the learning-services partner for The Skills Academy, a WA public-sector skills initiative supporting more than 35,000 staff across 56 participating agencies.
The Learning Coordinator is the first point of contact for learners, stakeholders and key client representatives. The role provides high-quality frontline support across phone, email and ticketing channels, ensuring enquiries are resolved or escalated efficiently and professionally.
This is a client-facing, 12-month fixed-term contract based in Perth.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming Skills Academy Contact Centre calls to service standards
- Process course bookings
- rescheduling and cancellations
- Coordinate attendee lists
- pre-session communication and event logistics
- Create
- classify and update tickets accurately
- Support password resets
- account access and basic troubleshooting
- Identify service trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Customer service or call-centre capability
- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
- Strong task management and prioritisation under time pressure
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Teams
- Outlook and common digital tools
- Professional client-facing service
Requirements
- Customer service and/or call-centre experience
- Availability for a 12-month fixed-term contract
- Exposure to learning-managed-services platforms is desirable
