Job description
Apple is seeking a Community Specialist to grow Apple product and service sales within authorised partner stores in Hobart.
The role combines customer service, product demonstrations, partner-staff training, merchandising and sales. You will help customers understand Apple solutions, create Apple brand advocates and maintain Apple standards within a multi-brand retail environment.
The role requires regular partner-store work from Wednesday to Sunday and a minimum of one to two years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in authorised Apple reseller stores
- Explain Apple products and services and help customers make informed choices
- Deliver individual and group product demonstrations
- Help customers set up new Apple products
- Educate partner-store staff on Apple products and services
- Build Apple brand advocates within partner stores
- Increase sales while delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintain Apple fixtures and merchandising standards
