About the program

KPMG Australia’s 2027 Graduate Program is designed for students completing their final year of study in 2026, as well as recent graduates who have not yet commenced professional work. The program provides a one-year development pathway with targeted coaching, ongoing support and practical experience from the beginning.

Graduate opportunities may be available across areas including tax compliance, business reporting, public policy, cyber and other professional services. KPMG recruits candidates from a broad range of degree backgrounds, including accounting, law, engineering, commerce, information technology and business management. Applicants can nominate the work areas that best align with their studies and interests during the application process.

The role is full-time and ongoing, with a typical commencement date in February 2027. Some teams may operate to a slightly different schedule. Applicants nominate their preferred KPMG office location during the application process.

Rolling intake

The main recruitment intake has closed. Applications submitted through the rolling intake will be reviewed when suitable opportunities become available.
