Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, you will:
- Assist customers with visa application submissions and document verification.
- Review application documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide professional customer support via face-to-face, phone, and email.
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems.
- Process payments and cash transactions (where applicable).
- Coordinate passport and document dispatch with embassies, consulates, and logistics partners.
- Ensure all applications are processed within required turnaround times.
- Maintain strict compliance with company procedures, security standards, and operational guidelines.
- Introduce applicants to available premium and value-added services.
- Encourage customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Support operational projects and other administrative duties as required.
