Job description

KPMG Australia is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join its Leadership Support Team in Hobart on a full-time basis.

Supporting the Tasmanian State Chairman and Geographic Lead Partner, this highly visible role acts as a trusted adviser and business partner across executive support, stakeholder engagement, client activities, events and office operations.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service with discretion and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

Provide complex diary
meeting
correspondence and executive support
Prepare agendas
briefing materials and meeting documentation
Coordinate leadership activities and stakeholder interactions
Support business development
client engagement and proposal activities
Maintain CRM records and coordinate client meetings and follow-up actions
Plan internal and external events
leadership visits and engagement activities
Coordinate workplace services
office operations and facilities
Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

Requirements

Proven experience supporting senior executives
partners or leadership teams
Experience in a complex professional-services or corporate environment
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
CRM or business-management platform experience is desirable
