The Glen Hotel is an all-encompassing destination featuring our Deck Bar, Charles Baker Coffee & Donut Shop, Lily Restaurant, Gaming Room, 4.5-star accommodation as well as 5 diverse event spaces and a drive-thru bottle shop.
The Glen is an independent venue, owned by the same family for over 64 years. We are an essential part of our local community, and our team has a genuine passion for hospitality – creating a place where customers feel welcome and comfortable, with a focus on delivering exceptional service alongside our strong food and beverage offerings.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following
- To deliver and exceed a high level of customer service
- Exceed our guest’s expectations at all times
- Exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Be able to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Ability to work under pressure
- RSA
- Barista experience highly regarded
