About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes. You’ll be an integral part of delivering our seasonal menu, contributing to creative ideas, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Chef with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and flavour
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes across all sections
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team on service delivery
- Support menu planning and contribute creative input
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
- Monitor and manage inventory and food costs
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with rostering and training junior kitchen staff
- Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Take initiative in solving problems and improving kitchen operations
